"I'm getting all my own ideas, but we certainly do not want to reinvent the wheel."

"But I always have a mindset when I am walking out of the park that I think as captain (a) arrangements for the area and what the balls to deliver.
"I am very fortunate to play with the likes of Michael Vaughan, Andrew Strauss and Paul Collingwood, some great captains and I learned a lot. I feel 100% ready to lead the side.
"I do not get fazed by the, I think I learned is so much so I do not think the lack of experience will be a problem."
